Refund and Cancellation Policy

At Youth Icons Foundation, we value transparency and donor trust.

1. Donations

• Donations made through this website are generally non-refundable

• Once a donation is processed successfully, it cannot be cancelled

2. Exceptional Cases

Refunds may be considered only in the following cases:

• Duplicate transactions

• Technical error resulting in incorrect debit

Such requests must be made within 7 days of the transaction.

3. Refund Process

To request a refund, please contact us with:

• Transaction ID

• Donation date

• Reason for refund

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 working days.
